Delivery information

POSTING
I carefully pack and send my work to many different countries and its very important to me that the piece you have purchased arrives safely. I use double walled boxes and these have been recycled where possible to help the planet. Each piece is packed tightly into the box with bubble wrap and other packing materials.

All Art Cards are posted in either a card backed envelope or a small box depending on the amount purchased.
Prints are also posted flat in a robust card envelope with extra card backing to protect the print.
I use Royal Mail fully tracked 24 hours for posting my pieces and prints in the UK and Art cards are sent 1st class.

 

​ENOUGH TIME                                                                                                                                      

Please make sure when placing your order you do not have unrealistic expectations on your purchase arriving in a very short time. I do my best to box pieces up the following day after an order is placed and try to have them posted the day after. I do not post over the weekends and if there are any issues with the delivery service I have used you may receive your order later than expected.

POSTAL STRIKES
If you place an order while Royal Mail are on strike I will use Yodel 72 hour shipping for small items and will use DHL or DPD for larger heavier items. Please bear with me during this difficult time and I will do my best to make sure you receive your purchase as quickly as possible. All these services are fully tracked.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Please note that I am no longer posting to Europe due to the new exporting laws

If you are based in the United States 10% tax will be added to your purchase at checkout. This is to help comply with the new customs rules and allows me to continue to ship to you. If you have ordered a piece worth £100 then 10% will be added to that price so the cost of the item will be £110 plus shipping. This is to help me pay for all customs and handling fees my end.

I use Royal mail fully tracked and try to have your purchase arriving in 7 days. Please be aware this is an estimate and I cannot be held responsible for any delays outside of my control. Larger and heavier items will be sent using DPD or DHL. Please make sure you include your full delivery address, phone number and e-mail when completing your purchase as I cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses after posting.
If your country is currently unavailable through my shop please do get in touch as I may still be able to post to you.

CUSTOMS & TAXES for other countries not including the USA
Please be aware that you as the customer are responsible for any tax or handling fees that may be charged when your purchase enters a country outside of the UK. The tax will be different for each country and can vary from 19 to 21%. This also applies to the handling fee as this varies depending on the cost of the piece and the country.

Purchases between £9 and £128 are likely to be charged import tax and a handling fee
Purchases over £128 are likely to be charged import tax, handling fee and a customs charge which is usually around 5%
If for any reason your purchase is held up at customs I will try to help if you let me know, but this will be your responsibility to deal with the customs in your country to get your parcel released.
