RETURNS & REFUNDS in the UK
If you are unhappy with your purchase or it is damaged in anyway, please contact me as soon as you can. If you would like to return your purchase you must notify me and return the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the piece. This must be sent back in perfect condition in the same packaging at your own cost. Please use a tracked postal service as this will help if the delivery becomes delayed or lost in transit. Keep a record of the delivery.

LOST RETURN DELIVERY
In the unlikely event your return has been lost during delivery I will only refund you for your purchase if you can supply a proof of postage label.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be given once I have received the purchase back and it has been checked. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price excluding any delivery costs.
